By accessing the website of Garikina's Safety Nets or availing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

We provide safety net installation services (balcony, pigeon, child, pet, building, construction, coconut, duct and invisible grills) across Bangalore. All quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Site Visit & Quotation

Free site visits are offered within Bangalore. The final quotation depends on measurement, material chosen and site conditions confirmed during the visit.

3. Booking & Payment

A confirmation may require an advance booking amount. The balance is payable upon successful installation. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer.

4. Warranty

Our installations carry a warranty against manufacturing defects in the netting and hardware as communicated at the time of booking. Damage caused by misuse, tampering, fire or natural calamities is not covered.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the installation area, electricity where required, and accurate site information. We are not liable for delays caused by access restrictions or society approvals.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use premium materials and trained installers, Garikina's Safety Nets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and the logo — is the property of Garikina's Safety Nets and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
