Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled installation. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a visit/handling charge to cover labour and travel.
Refunds on Advance
If an advance has been paid and the cancellation is made before material is cut to size, 100% of the advance will be refunded within 7 business days. If material has already been cut or custom-fabricated, the material cost will be deducted from the refund.
Post-Installation Issues
If the installation does not meet the agreed specification, please notify us within 48 hours. We will inspect the site and, where the issue is on our part, rework the installation at no additional cost. Refunds on completed installations are not provided where the work matches the agreed scope.
Warranty Claims
Genuine warranty issues (manufacturing defects in netting or hardware) are rectified free of charge during the warranty period. Damage from misuse, tampering, fire or natural events is excluded.
